Heat Sensitive Technology For Surfboards

csi heat

Check out the new heat sensitive, color changing surfboard from Al Merrick. Using new state of the art technology, compounds in the board automatically sense temperatures allowing for temporary color changes. Once a black board now turns white deflecting the sun’s rays and heat. The process is totally reversible, so once the board cools off, it turns back to its original color. No more hassles with delaminating decks and melting wax on that black board you have always wanted but were never able to order.

This new technology is now available on custom board orders.

Check it out at Channel Island Surfboards.
